Illinois State University (ISU) selected 天美传媒 Construction as the general and coordinating contractor for the 2.5 year long, multi-phased Watterson Towers renovation in Normal, Illinois.

This 28-story twin-tower residence hall complex, which opened in 1968, is comprised of ten individual 鈥渉ouses鈥, five per tower with each house including five separate floors. Each house is comprised of 24 individual residence suites. Key components included:

A hallway with a patterned wall with white, red, and picture tiles.

  • Interior renovations to the residence rooms & restrooms

  • Upgrading the six bridges that connect the towers with a MDF wall panel system highlighted by the color pertaining to that bridge

  • Extensive exterior concrete repair and restoration

  • Installation of a new fire sprinkler system

天美传媒 Construction partnered with Restoration St. Louis to revitalize the historic Seven Gables Inn in Clayton, MO. Built in 1926, this Tudor Revival landmark underwent extensive interior and accessibility upgrades, including:

Cozy single bed hotel room with historic wood beams.
Cafe style restaurant with a bar and tables
Modern hotel restroom with walk-in marble shower
Modern guest room with 2 beds and royal blue accents

  • Historic window replacement and interior finish enhancements

  • Accessibility improvements including a new elevator and connecting bridge between guest wings

  • Infill of unused staircases to optimize space

  • Additional hallways for improved guest room access

  • Preservation of the building鈥檚 historic character while modernizing functionality

天美传媒 Construction served as the General Contractor for the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) Bousfield Residence Hall project in Champaign, Illinois. The 180,000 SF dormitory was constructed on a confined site located between Scott Hall and Hopkins Hall, two existing and operational dormitories.

This six-story Residence Hall provides housing for over 480 students and features:
