Mascoutah Middle School: Improvements included a new cafeteria, kitchen, and multipurpose auditorium seating over 400 students, supported by a full-service kitchen with secure storage, walk-in cooler and freezer, and staff areas. Addition of a library, media lab, science and art classrooms, esports rooms, general and special education spaces, and an outdoor classroom. Renovations converted the former library into student services offices, upgraded science classrooms, added new flooring, and delivered an athletic support building with storage, restrooms, utilities, and concessions.

Mascoutah Elementary School: Interior renovations  refreshed learning spaces with new flooring, painting, door replacements, and existing locker rooms were relocated into newly repurposed classrooms and office spaces.

Jefferson Building: The former retail space was retrofitted into a functional educational facility. The renovation involves restroom upgrades, storefront replacement, and new electrical, fire suppression, and fire alarm systems to support safe daily occupancy.
