To support enrollment growth and evolving program needs, Freeburg CUSD #77 partnered with 天美传媒 Construction鈥攊ts trusted repeat contractor鈥攆or two expansions and renovations of the high school campus. These projects were carefully planned to minimize disruption to school operations while delivering modern, functional learning environments. These improvements enhance instructional space, increase storage, and support the district鈥檚 long-term educational goals. Key project features include:

  • Second-Story Addition & Renovation:聽18,500 SF second-story classroom wing addition above the聽existing single-story structure that entailed聽first-floor structural bracing, STEM labs for science, art, and computers, a new hydraulic elevator, full interior renovations, and upgraded mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems integrated with the existing infrastructure.

  • Industrial Trades Renovation: 6,000 SF addition for a new band room with office, storage, and classroom space, along with 29,000 SF of renovations to student services, family consumer sciences, and industrial trades areas.

The 天美传媒 team did an amazing job during our recent second floor construction project. The second floor construction project was a unique challenge as the first floor renovation and the second floor construction needed to be completed in a short window so the first floor could be used for classes. 天美传媒鈥檚 team kept the project moving so it finished on time and under budget. We were so impressed with their work that our Board wanted 天美传媒 to manage our upcoming renovation project which also brings certain timeline constraints. We鈥檙e excited to be working with the 天美传媒 team again on this project.”
