NorthPoint Development selected 天美传媒 as the general contractor for Phase II of the project, which includes the construction of two distribution center and warehouse buildings totaling over 945,000 square feet.

Farmers and Merchants National Bank (FMB), in partnership with the City of O鈥橣allon and 天美传媒 Construction, broke ground on a new location for FMB on May 18, 2021 at 1805 East Highway 50 in O鈥橣allon, Ill. This 4,000 SF facility, part of the Four Points Center development, will be the bank鈥檚 7 th area location. The project is anticipated for completion in fall 2021.
Planet Fitness has partnered with 天美传媒 Construction on three health fitness clubs located throughout the greater St. Louis area in 2020. 天美传媒 served as the construction manager for the Festus, Washington, and Ballwin, Missouri locations, which opened to members in time for the new year.
